Orders & payment
All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates — we'll keep you updated at every step.

Exchanges
Please refer to our Exchange Policy above. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We'll resolve it promptly — no questions asked.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Privacy
